We focus on private companies where we believe Stone Barn and management can work together to make a meaningful impact on the business that results in the creation of significant value for all stakeholders.
- Investment Strategy – We partner with companies currently are not capturing their full value. Companies in the $25 – $250 million revenue range are our target marketplace. We bring capital, innovative strategies and an interesting capability to work with companies to achieve successful outcomes. We are passionate about being a catalyst that unlocks and creates shareholder value. We are true partners with our companies as well as with ourselves.
- Value Add – It may be that our greatest value is in getting meaningful things DONE. We are uniquely market-driven. Our objective in assisting companies with these, market based, strategic initiatives is to act as an active partner in co-developing value for all stakeholders – with a sense of urgency.
- Fun and Rewarding – The Stone Barn Team has been fortunate in our pursuits, particularly in our experiences with people we’ve met and worked with in our business lives.
